Mr. Lalit Kumar Keshan

Mr. Lalit Kumar Keshan is the founder member of this business group. Even though he is a graduate in law, he found his interest in business. He had established and nurtured the company since its inception. His persistent efforts and dedication has paved the way for the company to reach its current status. Commencing from selling boards and boxes in a scooter, and later he came out with establishing a factory unit of converting paper reels into sheets. His continuing devotion and leadership skills for the last 20 years has helped the organisation to achieve a lot in a short span of time. He is always keen to help his employees even in smallest requirements of their work and motivates his employees to achieve perfection and learn more to perform even better - because he believes one level of achieved perfection paves way to achieve another level of perfection, since learning and excavating to perfection is a continuous journey.

Mrs . Hema Keshan - a wife, mother and a passionate business women. She began her journey as a overseer for Laxmi Paper Co. She has also evolved as one of the major contributor in terms of effort and management for Gajendra Finvest Pvt Ltd since its very inception along with her husband Mr. Lalit Kumar Keshan. Her efforts and passion for her work is what we see as a reflection in the success of the companies. She is always ready for all sorts of help for her employees and makes sure that their work drive is smooth and their needs are taken care of.
